Delete your account
Ask us to delete your FetchGo PH account and personal data, whether you're a customer, rider or merchant partner.
Customers: delete it in the app
Open the FetchGo PH app and go to Profile → Delete account. Your account is deleted right away. If you no longer have the app, use the form on this page.
Riders and merchant partners
Use the form on this page, or request it from the app. We first settle any unpaid payouts or remittances, then delete the account.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, mobile number, email and photo
- Your login, including the link to your Google account
- Saved details such as menus, documents and photos
What we keep, and for how long
Booking, payout and statement records (date, addresses, items, fees, and the contact number used) are kept for up to three (3) years for accounting and dispute handling, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long it takes
For requests made on this page, we confirm with you by SMS or email so no one else can delete your account, then finish within 7 days. Bookings that are still in progress must be completed or cancelled first.
